“Helping people develop and grow in their teams, and thus making an organisation successful, has always been the common thread in my career. By having an eye for individual talent, approaching them, and thus building successful teams where people enjoy working together to achieve the goals of the company and especially the customers they serve.
I prefer to work on the basis of practical examples. What are you running into, what issues are you having trouble with? But also, where do you want to go in your career? What does your future look like, and what obstacles do you foresee that would stop you from achieving that?
During the coaching process, I expect an open attitude from my buddy. Then, collect insights together on how the coachee can prove to be a successful asset to a company, based on personal development. The development question must be well worked out as a starting point.”
