“After completing a technical study and a career in Supply Chain, I have almost grown accustomed to the fact that my colleagues are mainly (white) men. I have enjoyed working in teams with a more diverse composition. In fact, extensive research too shows that a more diverse team leads to better results for both the shorter, as well as the longer term. Through Diversity Works I would like to contribute to the process of accelerating diversity in companies.
With the ‘Meet & Greet’ programme we offer networking opportunities for co-workers in the world of Supply Chain & Logistics, and we hand over the stage to its experts. For this programme, we will organise several workshops and webinars.”
